Ordering at Invicta is easy and secure. All options are 100% safe and reliable. As soon as you start the checkout process, you enter a secure online environment. This prevents others from viewing your information and allows you to complete your purchase safely and quickly.

At www.invictastores.eu, you can pay using the following payment methods:

iDeal
Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Carte Bleue)
PayPal
Bancontact (Belgium)
Giropay (Germany)
Sofortbanking (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Belgium, Italy, and Spain)
Multibanco (Portugal)
MyBank (Luxembourg, Italy, and some banks in France)
Klarna (pay later)

Klarna is a payment method that allows you to safely and easily pay for your order afterward, without additional costs. You pay for the product within a maximum of 30 days after purchase. The payment term starts once we have shipped your order.

If you choose this payment method, we will send your contact details and order information to Klarna. Klarna will then perform a data check. All information is shared securely, fully in accordance with Klarna’s privacy policy.

Klarna handles the entire pay-later process for Invicta Stores Europe. This means that when you choose Klarna, the payment is processed through Klarna. If you have any questions about your payment, please contact Klarna's customer service.

If, for any reason, the pay-later option is not accepted, please choose another payment method. Due to strict privacy regulations, we unfortunately do not have visibility on why a payment is declined. We recommend contacting Klarna's customer service for this.

Pay-later with Klarna is available in the following countries: Germany, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Finland, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, United Kingdom, Poland, Netherlands

All Invicta watches come with a standard 2-year warranty. This warranty starts on the date of purchase, so make sure to keep your invoice. By registering your watch in your account, you will receive an additional one-year warranty, giving you a total of 3 years.

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects (as assessed by our Service Center) and the movement. Other components, such as the crystal, crown, and strap, are not covered by the warranty.

Please note: Invicta Stores Europe strongly advises against showering while wearing your watch, regardless of its water resistance. Due to the temperature difference inside and outside the shower, condensation may form inside the watch, even with dive watches. Repairs resulting from this may incur costs, even if the warranty period has not yet expired.

If you are sending a watch to our Service Center for repair, please register it online before shipping.

Step 1: Go to the service portal and create an account or log in with an existing account.
Step 2: Fill in all fields and click “Save”.
Step 3: Once the repair has been added, you will see a PDF file. This file contains two copies of the repair form with your unique repair number and a shipping label. Place one of the repair forms inside the package and keep the other for yourself. You can attach the shipping label to the box.
Step 4: Send the watch to our Service Center.

Note: Don’t forget to include your proof of purchase.

The shipping costs for sending your repair are at your own expense, even if the warranty period has not yet expired. Send the repair via a trackable service so you can follow the shipment.
