When shopping at Invicta Stores Europe you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your package.

What are the costs of returning my package?
Within Europe: Free
Outside Europe: The customer is responsible for the return costs.

How do I return my package?
Step 1
: Fill in the return form with all relevant data. Did you lose the return form? Click here to download the return form.

Step 2: Repack the items you want to return in the original packaging and include the return form. If you don’t have the original outer box, please make sure to package everything in a sturdy box with plastic or paper filling.

Step 3: Please contact support@invictastores.eu for your return label.

Step 4: Attach the return label we provided to the outside of the box.

Step 5: Deliver the package to a FedEx point or schedule a pick up.

Important! Please keep your return ticket, this allows you to track the package back to our warehouse.

When do I receive my money back?
The money will be credited back into your account within 14 days of your return’s arrival in our warehouse. You will receive an email as soon as your package arrives in one of our warehouses.

Return policy
Returned items must be in new condition. That means undamaged, unworn and the bracelet not shortened. If the items that are returned are not in this condition, we might credit only a percentage of the amount due to the depreciation of the item.
